Graduation & Course Policy

Graduation Credit Requirements

The graduation credit requirements for our Ph.D. program are regulated and reviewed regularly by the department committee. The requirements are different for students according to the degree enrolled year. Students are advised to follow the updated respective course list and policy sheets to fulfill the graduation requirements.

Course List & Policy Sheet

Students should find their respective course list and policy sheet (according to the year enrolled) to fulfill the M.S. degree graduation. These sheets serves as good reference for M.S. enrolled students and each students will receive this personal copy during the course enrollment. For student’s convenience, online version of the course list and policy sheet were also available in the University portal system.

These sheets are given to students when they first enter the program and serve as a reference for students to check their progress into the completion of the program. There is also an online version of these course lists and policy sheets, hosted on the university course system.
